What does "lifetime free filters" actually mean?+
Every system includes a free yearly 4-stage filter set (10,000 litres — enough for a family of four) for as long as you own it. We use universal filters, not proprietary cartridges, so there’s no lock-in.
We’re mid-renovation — is it too early to book?+
It’s the best time. Visit now, lock in the price and promo, and we’ll install whenever your kitchen is ready — even months later.
Will it fit my HDB kitchen?+
The under-sink unit is space-saving by design and needs no wastewater outlet or drainage modification. Bring a photo of your sink cabinet and we’ll confirm on the spot.
What if something goes wrong after installation?+
Installation, servicing and filter replacement are all handled by our own in-house team — one WhatsApp away. Plus HydroGuard™, our free auto shut-off leak sensor, protects your cabinet 24/7.
How are you able to give away filters for a lifetime?+
Our parent company is part of one of Taiwan’s largest water dispenser manufacturers, founded in 1996. We bulk-order direct from the factory, use universal external filters, and pay no proprietary cartridge licensing fees — so we pass the savings on instead of charging you the “printer and ink” model.
What are the installation requirements?+
A standard 220V 3-pin power socket and a direct water connection near the installation area — typically under-sink. Minimum clearance for the server unit: 420mm (L) × 205mm (W) × 350mm (H). Under-cabinet installation also works if both points are available.
What about hidden costs — labour, transport?+
No hidden cost. Labour, transport and installation are all covered. What you see on the plans above is what you pay.
How much electricity does it use?+
Around 100–300 kWh per year — roughly S$100 a year.
What payment methods do you accept? Amex?+
